ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
PREAMBLE
Timtally University is owned by Timtally investment Limited located at Plot number 10A Suez crescent Ibarahim Abacha estate. The system of control of the University is provided in the Timtally University law. General JT Useini (Sardauna Plateau and Nasarawa states), is the Visitor/Chancellor to the University.
There are two main bodies involved in the overall administration and academic governance of the University. These are the Council and the Senate. The statutory bodies and key officers of the University are as follows:

iii. The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council
iv. The Governing Council

x. The Deputy Vice-Chancellors (Administration and Academic)
xi. The Registrar and Secretary to the Governing Council
xii. The Deans of College and Heads of Department
xiii. The University Librarian
xiv. The Bursar
The motto of Timtally University is "building dignity through excellence". The words dignity' in the motto signifies the purpose of establishing Timtally University in the Southern part of Plateau, where 
The University is located in Langtang North, Plateau State. The location is in line with bringing development to all parts of the state, Nigeria and the world. Universities have academic and cultural roles to play in a society and
