PREAMBLE
The Vision, Mission, Philosophy and Objectives of the Timtally University were developed in line with the National Policy on Education. By 2013, there were about one hundred and thirty six universities in Nigeria, yet existing facilities only accommodate less than one quarter of the qualified candidates seeking admission on a yearly basis. Therefore, the University has adopted a philosophy that would allow thousands of people to decide on their mode of study for a degree, either on a full-time or part-time basis.
OUR VISION
The vision of Timtally University is to develop an institution of higher learning that pursues both academic excellence and the unity of Nigeria through teaching, research and learning, respect of culture and religion and a holistic approach towards balancing of admission and employment policies.
